gavel 1. Platform Terms & Scope
G-Kitchen is an online food aggregator and cloud kitchen management platform operated by Mukundh Group. By placing an order, registering as a kitchen partner, or signing up as a delivery rider, you agree to these Terms of Service.
health_and_safety 2. FSSAI & Food Hygiene Compliance
All food partner kitchens operating on G-Kitchen must hold a valid FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) registration. Kitchen partners undergo quarterly hygiene audits, temperature monitoring, and tamper-evident packaging checks.
lock 3. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect personal information such as name, phone number, and delivery address solely for processing your food orders and coordinating delivery. Your data is encrypted and never sold to third-party advertisers.
payments 4. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before the kitchen partner accepts the order. In case of quality issues or missing items, full or partial refunds are processed within 3–5 business days directly to the original payment method.
